Returns

If you wish to return an item, contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order to receive a return authorization and instructions.

  • Return Eligibility:
    • Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.
    • Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
    • Returns are only accepted for items damaged during transit or incorrectly delivered by us.
    • It is your responsibility to ensure the correct item is purchased.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Returned items must include a tracking number.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, minus applicable fees.

Exchanges
