Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from kaizenstreet. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions on how to proceed.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

All returned orders must be sent with a tracking number.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once received. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can solve any problems early and make your experience a safe and easy process.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure any exchange, is to return your original item. Once the returned item is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item of your choice.
